The space

Its privileged location is close to restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and lovely icecream shops. Its location next to the beach enables you to enjoy the seaside with sport courts and bike rentals available all year around.
Ideal for a short break in the surroundings, where you can visit Coimbra, Aveiro, Montemor-o-Velho among other cities, exploring Portugal and its rich history.

The neighbourhood

Figueira da Foz offers a varied set of tourism experiences as it is still a working fishing port (allowing for fresh produce and high quality gastronomy), it is home of the most well known and oldest Portuguese Casino which brings a cultural vibe to the city, is bathed by the Atlantic and Mondego river in addition to being neighbor of historically rich locations as are Coimbra and Aveiro.

Check-in after 10pm:
- Until 00h - €20 / - 00h - 2am - €30

- The municipality of Figueira da Foz charges a tourist tax which is 2€ (april - september) or 1,50€ (october - march) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 16 years old, that are exempt from payment. It is not included in the reservation.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
