Equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, this studio is ideal for a holiday with plenty of sea and sun bathing. The building has a swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as a parking lot.

The space

The spacious balconies have views over the city and the sea. The swimming pool welcomes you for a dip on hotter days. Please note that this is a common area of the building.
This apartment has all the amenities for your holiday to be a calming and relaxing one! If you plan to rent a car, parking space will be available for you at the condominium’s parking lot. Internet access will be provided.

The neighbourhood

Located in one of the most prestigious touristic areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail shops and Forum Madeira shopping center.
At a walking distance you´ll find plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in the islands´ delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine.

House rules

-Please note that a late check-in fee of will be charged for guests arriving after 10 pm (20€ from 10pm to midnight or 30€ from midnight to 2am);
-We love to make our guests feel at home! Please respect the neighbours and avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Other things to note

- Please let us know if you need a baby crib.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- Check-in must be scheduled in advance.

- Check-in after 10pm:
10pm to 00h: 20€ | 00h to 2am: 30€
