The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony and it is also fitted with a fireplace. The building has a swimming pool and barbecue area.

The neighbourhood

Carvoeira is part of Ericeira´s and confining areas surf haven. You will have access to diverse beaches and surf schools, among which the two most beautiful and closest ones are Praia do Lizandro and Praia de São Julião. Besides the surfing and coastal trekking, you´ll also be able to enjoy local produce at an array of restaurants that serve the freshest seafood. Charming Ericeira is just 7Km away.

Other things to note

- The municipality of Mafra charges a tourist tax which is 2,30€ (1 May - 31 October) or 1,20€ (1 November - 30 April) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 13 years old, that are exempt from payment.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
