Its privileged location allows you to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, cafes, and minimarkets. The center of Figueira da Foz is only a 20-minute drive away.

The space

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of them with 4 single beds, equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. In the living room, besides the television, you will find a Playstation 3 with various games, tennis rackets, and balls that you can use on the beach court (free) as well as an acoustic guitar. In the garage, although you cannot park your vehicle, you will find bicycles, balls, and other toys that you can use, responsibly, freely during your vacation.

Nothing will be missing for an unforgettable holiday! Rest comfortably in the accommodation or enjoy the sun and sea of this beautiful Portuguese coastal area!

Other things to note

Check-in after 10pm:
- Until 00h - €20 / - 00h - 2am - €30

- The municipality of Figueira da Foz charges a tourist tax which is 2€ (april - september) or 1,50€ (october - march) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 16 years old, that are exempt from payment. It is not included in the reservation.

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
