The space includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. The interior balcony was transformed into an additional space, where you can rest or sleep on a sofa bed.

The condominium offers exclusive amenities, such as swimming pool, 24-hour reception, restaurant, bars with daytime and nighttime entertainment, supermarket, tennis court, children's club, games area, kiosk, boutique, ATM.

The big highlight is the easy access to the famous Praia do Barril, via a free train, ideal for enjoying peaceful days in the sun. This accommodation is perfect for those looking for a combination of comfort and convenience, set in a relaxing environment with all the facilities for an unforgettable holiday!

House rules

So that your stay is remembered with joy, we leave some recommendations that may be useful:

TRASH
- Please dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate buckets;
- Whenever the buckets are full, you will find containers outside, near the parking lot, available to place the full garbage bags;
- Avoid having full trash at home due to ants and bad smells.

WINDOWS AND DOORS
- Whenever you leave Studio 323, remember to close the windows and doors properly and turn off the lights.

WASHING MACHINE
- Studio 323 has a washing machine at your disposal. Use it responsibly and carefully

SMOKING
- If you need to smoke, do so only on the terraces and gardens of the village;
- Remember to throw the end of the cigarette (duly unlit) in the trash can.

WATER
- Please remember that water is a precious commodity for all of us, it should be used in moderation.

WELL-BEING FOR YOU AND EVERYONE
- At night, please respect the hours of silence and rest (10pm-8am);
- Do not take bed linen or bath towels to the beach or garden.

In case of emergency...
- Turn off the light by pressing the red button on the electrical panel;
- Turn off the gas by turning the black knob found under the sink.

Guest access

Our guests have access to 3 cards that allow them to use the train to access Barril beach for free.
